According to Carl Vandergoot, President of the London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors (LSTAR):

"[i]f I were thinking of selling a detached home, now is when I'd put it on the market."

There seems to be less supply of houses for sale than there was even just a few months ago, with the number of new listings in October 2015 being down 14.2% for detached houses and 7.5% for condos, according to the latest LSTAR report.

Here are some of the highlights over the last six months:

I am proud to announce that I have received the President's Gold Award, meaning I was in the top sixth percentile for total sales. In April 2016, I will be celebrating 14 years working as a real estate professional. l am truly honored and excited that this has been my personal best year in real estate and can't wait to see what the next year has in store!

Interested in chatting more about getting your house listed? Let’s get together and take a look at how to best position your home for a successful sale. We’ll start with a Home Evaluation (which, of course, is free) and look at the real estate market in your local area. From there, we can discuss home staging and all the marketing support I provide to get your home in front of the right buyers.

In the meantime, head over to my Seller's page to check out more information on how I support the process of selling your home.
